Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is seeking a Project Leader for Heat Pump Development to drive complex projects from requirements to market handover. You will coordinate international teams, apply Time-to-Market processes, and manage scope, milestones, budgets, and risks in a hybrid Aveiro setting.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and have experience leading multi-disciplinary programs across product lifecycles, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading complex product development or engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Knowledge of project management methods, budgeting and reporting.
• Understanding of Time-to-Market processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead heat pump development projects from requirements through launch and handover.
• Apply Time-to-Market process throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate international cross-functional project teams.
• Plan, monitor and report on scope, milestones, resources and performance.
• Manage budgets and product costs with transparency.
• Coordinate with related projects and stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation measures.
• Support decision-making with transparency on priorities and status.
