Job summary

Concentrix Portugal seeks a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads in Lisbon to support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot issues, assist via email and chat, and help customers maximise product value while collaborating with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries.

Required qualifications include German at C1 and English at B2, a Marketing-related degree, hands-on paid campaign management experience, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• German language at C1 level and English at B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Good understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company.

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level German and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
