Modash is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager in Europe to own the full journey for API customers, from onboarding to expansion and renewals. You’ll partner with customers to build value on top of Modash creator data and collaborate across the company to resolve issues and drive growth.

You’ll join a tight-knit team that values customers first, with flexible hours and fully remote work across Europe. Prior experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows is desirable.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in account management or customer success.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized.
• Willing to own projects and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Own the portfolio of API customers, from onboarding to expansion and renewals.
• Run regular calls, build success plans, and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to improve customer resources.
• Be the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs internally.
