Boeva Tech is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to support Dutch and English-speaking customers in Europe, relocating to Portugal. You will own a portfolio, drive Azure opportunities, and guide customers from discovery to adoption in a dynamic cloud environment.

Join a global technology team with relocation support; you will engage across EMEA, expand cloud usage, and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting AI and cloud innovations.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Sales Engineering, Cloud Consulting, IT Support, or B2B customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of business customers from onboarding through long-term success.
• Identify new Azure opportunities and drive cloud adoption across accounts.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and recommend Azure solutions.
• Manage opportunities, forecasts, and customer milestones in CRM.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and customer satisfaction.
• Promote Microsoft AI and cloud innovation initiatives.
