CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our International Team. This role blends hands-on diagnostics with customer care across phone and email, offering a dynamic path in an international environment.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot using 60+ standardized processes, handle orders, repairs and support cases across three software platforms, and look for cross-selling opportunities to add value on every interaction.

• Base Salary: €930,00/month
• Performance Bonuses:

The Essentials:

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
• Balance: Sundays off + 1 rotational day off.
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
