Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email, and to perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics. You will handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
The position is 100% on-site in Lisbon with a schedule from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday with a rotational day off and Sundays
Qualificações
- Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and tech adaptability.
