Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a technical support specialist to help customers with account, billing and invoicing questions, assist with access and technical issues, and guide users in using our digital products.

The role requires a CS/IT degree or relevant experience, strong technical and digital skills, English at C1+, and willingness to work rotating day/night shifts on-site in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience in support.
• Strong technical and digital skills are required.
• English at C1 level or higher with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

What we're looking for

• Comfortable working rotating day/night shifts
• Currently based in Lisbon
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
