Hiire is seeking a confident Tech Recruiter (Junior to mid-level) to join our growing team. You will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation—embedded in one of our client teams.

This role is remote in Portugal (B2B) with the possibility of occasional client visits. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple roles, and drive process improvements.

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tech Recruiter (Junior / mid-level) to join our growing team. You'll participate (and hopefully manage in the future) in the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing clients or hiring managers and closing offers. You will be embedded in one of our client recruitment teams, helping them accelerate their growth.

Your day by day:

• End-to-End Recruitment: perform different tasks along the full recruitment cycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Talent Sourcing: use a variety of methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

• Candidate Experience: ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by engaging with them with a tailored and human-centric approach.

• Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with hiring managers or clients to understand their hiring needs and provide not only regular updates but also share valuable business insights.

• Process Improvement: contribute ideas to improve our internal processes and pipelines. We count on you to help us create the best experience for our candidates and clients based on scalable and modern processes.

• ATS/Data Management: maintain accurate records of candidates and jobs using our ATS and always be with a data mindset, analysing and acting accordingly.

• Market Insights: stay up-to-date with market trends and talent insights to advise stakeholders effectively (e.g., salaries, working models, job trends, etc).

Requirements:

• Career mindset: you need to be passionate about tech recruitment. To be happy at Hiire in this job, you need to feel excited about creating a long-term career in recruitment alongside the company.

• Level of experience: we're much more concerned about the potential and mindset you bring to the table than years of experience.

• Languages: we're operating internationally, so you need to be fluent in English. Also, since we have some local projects that require Portuguese fluency, you also need to be fluent in Portuguese.

• Motivated to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously by maintaining a method: yes, recruitment can easily become a mess. Multiple positions, stakeholders, high levels of subjectivity, etc. We believe in consistency to achieve long-term results. That's why we need someone excited about managing different tasks simultaneously by maintaining high levels of organisation and method.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn: we expect you to act proactively. We do not expect to hire someone to help us change the world of recruitment by waiting for guidance every single day. Our Offer:

• Base compensation: Between 1.100€ to 1.500€ + commissions + Bonus

• We work remotely in Portugal with a B2B / Freelancing contract - you might need to visit our client 1-2 a month
