Hira Talent is recruiting an International Recruiter to support the development of our English-speaking recruitment activity. This role is fully remote from Portugal, with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.

You will source and interview English-speaking candidates for customer service and technical support roles, guide candidates through the selection process, and collaborate with the Hira Talent team. Freelance full-time availability with fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions.

Qualificações

• English at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.

• Interview candidates in English and assess their communication, experience, motivations and availability.
• Guide candidates through the selection process and maintain responsive follow-up.
• Keep candidate records up to date and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.
