We are a boutique consulting firm working with clients that run technology operations out of Portugal. We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to build and lead our IT talent sourcing for French-speaking companies with back-offices and service centres in Portugal (e.g. BNP Paribas, Revolut, Belfius and Natixis).

You will source, assess and place specialists on projects around AI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow and SAP, working directly with client hiring managers and with our delivery team.

We are a boutique consulting firm working with clients that run technology operations out of Portugal. We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to build and lead our IT talent sourcing for French-speaking companies with back-offices and service centres in Portugal (e.g. BNP Paribas, Revolut, Belfius and Natixis).

You will source, assess and place specialists on projects around AI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow and SAP, working directly with client hiring managers and with our delivery team.

• Run full-cycle recruitment for IT consultants, developers, architects and project managers, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools in AI/ML/data, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and SAP (functional and technical).
• Work with hiring managers, understanding their requirements, culture and processes.
• Screen candidates on technical depth, project experience, language skills and cultural fit.
• Negotiate rates, salaries and contract terms, in line with the margin on each contract.
• Manage the pipeline and report on time-to-fill, conversion and margin per placement.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, candidates and partner agencies.
  

• 3+ years of proven experience recruiting technology profiles, ideally for French-speaking or multinational clients with operations in Portugal.
• Solid knowledge of AI/data, Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, SAP, with the ability to distinguish between roles, certifications and seniority levels.
• Strong network or demonstrated sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labour market, contract types and compensation levels.
• Autonomy, commercial mindset and ownership of results.
  

• Experience with bank, fintech or insurance clients and their compliance and security requirements.
• Previous work with consulting or IT staffing firms.
  

• Margin share: 50% of the gross margin of each contract you originate or fill, paid monthly for the duration of the contract
• Full visibility of the margin on each placement, shared openly from the start
