Hiire is seeking a confident Tech Recruiter (Junior to mid-level) to join our growing team. You will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation—embedded in one of our client teams.

This role is remote in Portugal (B2B) with the possibility of occasional client visits. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple roles, and drive process improvements.

• Fluent in English; Portuguese fluency for local projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Talent Sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals.
• Candidate Experience: maintain a positive, human-centric process.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with hiring managers/clients and share insights.
• Process Improvement: contribute to scalable, modern recruitment processes.
• ATS/Data Management: keep accurate candidate and job records.
• Market Insights: stay updated on salaries and trends.
