DURO Consulting is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our vibrant team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and will strategically source and close candidates in a competitive market.

This role demands a proactive individual with a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting are essential.
