Job summary

Concentrix Lisboa, Unipessoal Lda. is seeking a Recruiter to source, interview and onboard talent for Dutch- and English-speaking roles in Lisbon, Portugal. The role combines sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will screen candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain records in the ATS/HRIS. It is a FTC position with relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal and a central Lisbon office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with high English proficiency
• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments like BPOs
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with urgency, able to work under pressure in high-velocity settings
• Professionalism and ability to build relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and administering recruitment programs
• Screen and file resumes, background and reference checks
• Conduct initial, telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Assist with hiring recommendations and negotiate offers
• Source candidates via internet, media, networks, colleges, and trade associations
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems
• Ensure compliance with local hiring rules and regulations
• Develop in-depth knowledge of job specs including required experience and skills
• Represent the company professionally to candidates and service providers
