Job summary

Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines and attract top candidates for our client’s needs. You will source, engage, and screen talents, coordinating with Recruitment Specialists and attending ongoing training to ensure top performance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field, some sourcing experience, and solid English communication. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience as Talent Sourcer or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage with potential candidates using diverse techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Review resumes and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to gauge fit and interest.
• Update Recruitment Manager on sourcing progress and profiles.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists and support the hiring process.
