Qualificações

• Work experience in recruitment - ideally in IT recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with various interview online platforms (Skype, Zoom, etc).
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Responsabilidades

• Write and post technical job descriptions on IT job boards, social media and other channels.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Interview candidates using multiple methods.
• Build a candidate CRM to maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Keep up-to-date with technological trends to form strategic conversations with candidates.
