A Dellent, empresa de consultoria em Sistemas de Informação, procura um IT Recruiter de nível intermédio para se juntar à equipa em Lisboa. O foco é gerir ciclos completos de recrutamento para vagas técnicas, desde o intake até à oferta, incluindo conversações com clientes.

É essencial ter 2–3 anos de experiência, compreensão da indústria tecnológica e fortes competências de comunicação. O regime de trabalho é híbrido, com o escritório em Lisboa disponível durante a semana.

Qualificações

• 2–3 anos de experiência em recrutamento de TI ou técnico.
• Capacidade de explicar requisitos técnicos com clareza.
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Rede de contactos profissionais ativa e proativa.
• Inglês acima de B2 (obrigatório).

Responsabilidades

• Gerir processos de recrutamento end-to-end para funções técnicas.
• Escrever e publicar descrições de cargo em canais especializados.
• Selecionar, entrevistar e criar shortlists qualificados.
• Conduzir entrevistas (parte em inglês).
• Atuar como ponto de contacto para clientes e manter atualizações regulares.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. At Dellent, we\'re growing our team and looking for an experienced Mid-level IT Recruiter to join us in Lisbon. If you\'ve already got a few years of recruitment under your belt and you\'re ready to take on more ownership, from sourcing to closing, and maybe even client conversations, this role is built for you. You\'ll manage full recruitment cycles for technical roles and help shape how we attract top tech talent in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Daily responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, from intake to offer;
• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels;
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, building strong, qualified shortlists;
• Conduct interviews (parts of which may be held in English);
• Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, aligning expectations and providing regular updates;
• Build and maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring a solid pipeline with up-to-date, accurate data;
• Keep up with new technology trends and the IT job market to have more strategic conversations with both candidates and clients;
• Contribute ideas to improve our sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

What we\'re looking for:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter;
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and ability to explain technical role requirements clearly;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Tenacity and ability to build and maintain a solid professional network;
• English proficiency above B2 (required). A large part of the role involves interviewing and communicating with candidates in English, so you\'ll need to feel confident using the language daily.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Applied Languages, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with online interview platforms;
• Interest in growing into client management, with a proactive and consultative approach.

Work model:

Hybrid, based in Lisbon. Once the onboarding/training period is complete, you\'ll come to the office once a week.
