Qualificações

• Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT.
• Strong IT profiles and technologies knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen CVs, interview, and evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on tech market trends.
