Ampstek in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for developers, engineers and architects. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from initial outreach through offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

You will leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to build robust pipelines, map talent, and report key metrics. Strong IT knowledge and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment or full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and clients.
• Proven ability to screen and interview technical candidates.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies and terminologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT recruiting processes for technical roles.
• Source and engage developers, engineers and architects through multiple channels.
• Coordinate with hiring teams, manage candidate timelines and offers.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates to fill pipelines.
• Build talent maps and maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join).
