WE ARE META in Lisbon is seeking a Java Tech Lead to drive backend excellence and mentor a growing team. This hybrid role requires strong Java, Spring, REST API, and cloud experience, with 1 day in the office each week and a base in Portugal.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional squads to deliver scalable services, emphasize clean architecture, and promote best practices. Fluency in English (B2) is required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years as Java developer with leadership potential.
• Strong Java, Spring, and REST API fundamentals.
• Hands-on with SQL Server, cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
