Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Proven track record leading complex projects and collaborating on system design.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices.
• Strong skills in Java (latest versions preferred) and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL Federation, Terraform.
• Proficient with GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Availability for remote work based in Portugal.
