What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Proven track record leading complex projects and collaborating on system design
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices
• Strong skills in Java (latest versions preferred), Spring Boot
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL Federation, Terraform
• Proficient with GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows
• Fluency in English (B2)

This position is full‑remote based in Portugal. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal.
