Loop Future in Porto, Portugal seeks an experienced Tech Hub Operational Lead to scale a strategic technology hub for a large international organization. You will provide delivery leadership, govern operating models, and mentor teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 18+ years in tech leadership, delivery of product-centric/platform-based programs, and strong governance and agile experience across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of experience in technology-driven organizations with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading Tech Hubs, Global Capability Centers, Delivery Centers, or large-scale operating model transformations.
• Strong background in product-centric and platform-based delivery environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across technology, delivery, and operations functions.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, KPI/OKR-driven performance management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and digital transformation environments.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
