iTRTech Group is seeking a Senior Tech Hub Operational Lead for a hybrid role based in Porto or Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. The role focuses on overseeing operational delivery, governance and capability development within a large-scale technology hub.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, drive delivery excellence and foster a culture of accountability across product, platform, engineering and delivery teams.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of professional experience in technology-driven organizations.
• Experience leading Global Capability Centres, Tech Hubs or Digital Delivery Units.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational delivery, governance and performance management of the Tech Hub.
• Translate strategy into measurable operational initiatives and OKRs.
• Lead people management, talent development and succession planning across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
