LoopOS is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Platform & Delivery Engineering in Coimbra. You will own the current Rails/React-based platform and guide its AI-native evolution, partnering with the CTO.

• Pair with delivery to bring new clients live, and make each implementation faster than the last.
• Lead the agentic transformation across development, SRE, support and implementation.
• Be the technical voice with clients in implementation and pre-sales.

LoopOS is the ERP for circularity — trade-in, returns, refurbishment, logistics and resale for leading European retailers, in one connected platform. With LoopOS Flux, we are building the next generation of the product from scratch, AI-native.

We are a growing team based in Coimbra. The platform runs mission-critical operations under contractual SLAs: real stores, real warehouses, real devices moving through it every day.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead for Platform & Delivery Engineering — technical owner of the current LoopOS platform (about 15 repositories, Rails and React, Kubernetes/AWS) and the person who leads its evolution into agentic engineering.

This is not a people‑management role: about 60% of your time is in code and infrastructure. The team — 4 engineers and 2 delivery/business analysts — keeps its current reporting lines. You own technical direction and the way we work, partnering directly with the CTO.

Technical Requirements

• Comfortable across Rails/React or a comparable full‑stack estate.
• Already AI‑native: agentic coding tools are part of daily work.
• Accountable for SLAs, availability and performance.
• Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Datadog, Sentry.
