GRiT Solutions in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced technology leader to shape and scale global delivery capabilities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across technology, delivery, and operations, driving capability building and operating model transformations in a product-centric, platform-based delivery environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, governance, KPI frameworks, and strong stakeholder management at senior levels.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of professional experience in technology-driven organizations.
• Proven experience building or leading Global Capability Centers, Tech Hubs, Digital Delivery Units, or large-scale organizational transformations.
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technology, delivery, and operations.
• Experience with capability building, organizational design, and operating model transformations.
• Strong background in product-centric and platform-based delivery environments.
• Experience managing performance, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management experience at senior leadership/executive level.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering, cloud, digital platforms, and platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proven experience implementing new ways of working at scale.
• Strong people leadership, talent development, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.

• SAFe certification (SA, SPC, or equivalent)
• Agile Leadership certifications (e.g. ICP-ATF, ICP-ENT)
