Loop Future in Porto is seeking a Tech Hub Operational Lead to drive scale, governance, and delivery for a strategic technology hub supporting a large international organization.

You will lead delivery, operating model execution, governance, and people leadership to ensure high-performing teams deliver measurable business outcomes across product-centric and platform-based environments.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of experience in technology-driven organizations with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading Tech Hubs, Global Capability Centers, Delivery Centers, or large-scale operating model transformations.
• Strong background in product-centric and platform-based delivery environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across technology, delivery, and operations functions.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, KPI/OKR-driven performance management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Solid understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and digital transformation environments.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
