Fyld in Lisboa is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide teams in delivering modern web and mobile architectures. The role requires over 5 years of experience in software development and proven technical leadership. Strong expertise in microfrontend architectures and RESTful APIs is mandatory. You'll be instrumental in shaping robust architectures and leading complex digital ecosystems. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility while collaborating on strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in software development (senior-level experience expected).
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and secure integrations (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical decision-making ability.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development (senior-level experience expected)
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing microfrontend architectures (or similar)
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and secure integrations (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with platforms such as WebSphere Application Server
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem‑solving skills and technical decision‑making ability
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Angular
• Cypress, Playwright (testing)

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK stack)
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest)
• Familiarity with DevOps environments and cloud‑native architectures
• Understanding of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
