Loop Future seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our international team in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce design, development, and testing across functional domains.

About Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international and challenging opportunity.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Salesforce development, a strong grasp of platform best practices, and the maturity to lead a development team through end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, implementation and unit testing of Salesforce requirements across functional domains
• Deliver Salesforce parameterisation, interface coding and CI/CD pipeline management compliant with project standards
• Write functional and technical specifications documentation
• Define and review test cases; analyse defects and implement fixes

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing
• Solid command of Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• English proficiency B2 or above (spoken and written)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or equivalent
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, CTA) are a plus

• Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified
