Job summary
CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring for an English-speaking customer support role focused on global businesses using digital advertising products. You will handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries while guiding customers through advertising tools and features.
A 12-month contract with a structured training program awaits the right candidate. You’ll join a multilingual, tech-driven team, gaining exposure to B2B support and insights into how online campaigns are managed.
Qualifications
- Speak English fluently.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or similar.
- Enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Curious about technology, social media, or digital advertising.
- Able to work rotating schedules between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues.
- Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Identify recurring problems and help find solutions.
- Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved.
- Help improve the overall customer experience.
