CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking customer support specialist to join a fast-paced, international team. You will handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries, guiding customers through digital advertising tools and features.

The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating shifts (06:00–00:00) and a total monthly package of €1,227.32, including base salary and bonuses. Health insurance and 22 days of annual leave are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support businesses via live chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues.
• Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Identify recurring problems and help find solutions.
• Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are resolved.
• Help improve the overall customer experience.
