Job summary
CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring for an English-speaking customer support role focused on digital advertising and B2B support. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers an initial base salary of €920 gross/month, plus a €76.66/month holiday bonus, €76.66/month Christmas bonus, a €154/month meal allowance, health insurance from day one, 22 days annual leave, and a 12-month contract.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and explain complex concepts.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts 06:00–00:00.
Responsibilities
- Support businesses via live chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues.
- Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Identify recurring problems and propose solutions.
- Make outbound calls when needed.
- Improve the overall customer experience.
