Expleo is seeking a Change Management professional to define and implement plans for technology transformation projects in a client-facing, consulting environment. You will manage stakeholder engagement, craft communication and training strategies, and drive user adoption while identifying risks and resistance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology transformation projects.
• Experience in consulting environments and direct client engagement.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Change Management Plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure buy-in.
• Experience in communication, training and user adoption.
• Ability to manage risks and resistance to change.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
