Ideal candidates have 5+ years in change management within tech, consulting exposure, and strong communication skills. English proficiency (C1) is required, and experience with Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Change Management experience in tech transformation.
• Experience in consulting environments and client engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Change Management Plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure buy-in.
• Experience in communication, training and user adoption.
• Experience managing risks and resistance to change.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Change Management Plans for technology transformation projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the change process.
• Develop and execute communication, training and user adoption strategies.
• Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.
• Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to support successful change implementation.
