Expleo Group is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive architectural integrity across our solutions. The role focuses on hands-on software engineering, modern languages, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) in distributed systems, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.

You will balance rapid delivery with robust design, while managing technical debt and collaborating with teams, and you’ll communicate effectively in English.

Qualificações

• Professional experience (3–4 years) in a Lead Solution Architect role or similar.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering with modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and distributed systems.
• Understanding of architectural concepts for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with system robustness, while managing technical debt to align long-term architectural health with short-term business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative spirit, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
