Expleo is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead technology transformation initiatives with clients across sectors in Portugal, delivering measurable value. You will define and implement Change Management Plans, manage stakeholder engagement, and develop communication, training and user adoption strategies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, consulting experience, strong risk management, and English at a professional level;

• 5+ years of Change Management experience in tech transformations.
• Experience in consulting and client engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Change Management Plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Essential skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology transformation projects.
• Experience in consulting environments and direct client engagement.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Change Management Plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure buy‑in.
• Experience in communication, training and user adoption.
• Ability to manage risks and resistance to change.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Desired skills

• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Previous involvement in technology transformation or migration projects to Google Workspace.
