Springer Nature in Lisbon seeks a Change Manager to lead the Change Centre of Excellence within the CIO portfolio. You will develop and implement change plans, coach teams, and build a mature capability across the organization to enable successful transformations.

Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals, manage risks, and create training materials while minimising disruption to people and processes.

Qualificações

• Certification in change management (or equivalent).
• Certification in project management (desirable).
• Certified coach (advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with CoE Director to identify, assess and manage change impacts.
• Create and execute effective change management plans aligned with the CoE.
• Develop training materials and coaching to grow change maturity.
