A global engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee development teams in a .NET/C# environment. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in Azure Cloud and microservices, and excellent English communication skills. The position is full-time and based in Porto, Portugal.

Essential Skills

• Professional experience (4-5 years) leading development teams in a .NET/C# environment, with a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and DDD/EDA architecture.
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, designing cloud‑native solutions, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes and REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of TDD, unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq) and integration testing, as well as the use of SQL Server, CosmosDB and MongoDB databases.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems and pay attention to detail.
