Expleo in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead technology transformation initiatives. You will define change plans, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across client teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in change management within tech, consulting exposure, and strong communication skills. English proficiency (C1) is required, and experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
