Convatec is seeking a Transformation and Change Manager to plan and execute change initiatives across the organization, ensuring processes are understood and adopted. You will oversee communications, training development and execution, while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to foster continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience as Change Manager on large-scale projects in global organisations.
• Experience with organisational design and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Tailor interactions with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Integrate change activities into project plans and track progress.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and act as trusted advisor to project teams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Identify adoption risks and design effective mitigation strategies.
• Design clear communication plans and create newsletters, FAQs, and intranet content.
• Assess training needs and develop programs including e-learning, workshops, and job aids.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
• Define KPIs for adoption, training, and project success and report to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement and stay current with industry best practices.
