Job summary

adidas Porto is seeking a Team Lead GBS HR Services to lead day-to-day operations of HR Systems Support and Learning, ensuring high-quality, compliant delivery and a strong performance culture. You will manage HR technologies and learning platforms, collaborate with HR, TECH, IT, and Global Process Owners, and drive process improvements and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
4+ years of progressive work experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Learning Operations, Shared Services or Business Services.
Strong leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR Systems Support and Learning Operations.
Monitor service quality, SLAs, and workload distribution to ensure reliable service.
Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions with a customer focus.
Lead and coach the HR Systems Support and Learning team, fostering engagement and performance.
Collaborate with HR, TECH, IT, and Global Process Owners on projects and governance.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and readiness for audits and reports.
