• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive work experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Learning Operations, Shared Services or Business Services.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR Systems Support and Learning Operations.
• Monitor service quality, SLAs, and workload distribution to ensure reliable service.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions with a customer focus.
• Lead and coach the HR Systems Support and Learning team, fostering engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, TECH, IT, and Global Process Owners on projects and governance.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and readiness for audits and reports.
