Job summary

Adidas Porto seeks a Senior Manager for GBS HR Services Workforce Administration to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery—from hiring to offboarding—across the scope. You will drive governance, data quality, compliance, and strong business partnership with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HR CoEs.

You will manage a multi-level team, set KPIs, and promote a culture of proactive decision-making, continuous improvement and scalable processes aligned with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations/Services.
• Proven experience in people management and leading managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workforce Administration services across the assigned scope.
• Ensure processes, controls, and SLAs for data quality, timeliness, compliance, and employee experience.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex/high-risk cases.
• Maintain governance through performance reviews, metrics, root-cause analysis.
• Build partnerships with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and others.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity, skills development, succession.
• Drive compliance, data quality, and process improvements across GBS.
• Represent GBS Porto HR Services in regional and global forums.
