Job summary

adidas Group Porto is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a team of 4–15 members and ensure excellence across HR services. You will coach, recruit, onboard and develop talent, while maintaining data integrity and SLA adherence with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in HR operations, a university degree in a related field, and strong business acumen. English in a business setting is essential, with a focus on process improvement and performance culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services or similar environments.
• Proven experience managing a medium-sized team.
• Strong business acumen and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 to 15 people and ensure KPI delivery and operations performance.
• Coach, train, motivate, and appraise team members; drive development plans.
• Participate in recruiting for the team and onboard new members.
• Oversee Employee Life Cycle activities and coordinate with HR team.
• Maintain data quality across systems and monitor SLA compliance.
• Handle escalations and propose solutions with timely implementation.
