Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Hiring Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, Shared Services or Business Services.
• Experience managing hiring, onboarding, employee transfer, or workforce administration processes.
• Experience leading teams and operating across multiple countries within a global HR model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Hiring Operations and Employee Transfer services across Germany, Netherlands, and Portugal.
• Lead a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists, driving coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, Payroll, and Legal to deliver seamless HR processes.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation within Hiring Operations.
