Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-15 people and drive performance against KPIs and Stream strategy.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration.
• Oversee Employee Life Cycle and HR processes with stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs are met and data quality across systems.
• Coach, train and provide performance guidance to team.
