Job summary

adidas Group Porto is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a team of 4–15 members and ensure excellence across HR services. You will coach, recruit, onboard and develop talent, while maintaining data integrity and SLA adherence with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in HR operations, a university degree in a related field, and strong business acumen. English in a business setting is essential, with a focus on process improvement and performance culture.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.

Lead a team of operations according to the adidas GBS culture and strategy. Assessing the team's needs and act about it, drive it to achieve operational goals and targets. Ensure deliverables expected to the business, while developing the team's skills through the adidas performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team between4up to max. 15people, ensuring full responsibility for team performance and execution in accordance with defined KPI‘sandStreamstrategy
• Ensure team’s management including, coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementingdevelopmentaction plans
• Supportand actively participateintherecruiting processfor own team
• Actively participate in the Employee Life Cycle, contributing with relevant inputsboth to the management and the HR Team
• Prepare and support new team members functional onboarding and integration in the team andcompany culture
• Ensure good relationships with stakeholdersand the global functional Team on a proactive basisas well ascross-functional stakeholdersandmonitor customer
• Supervise the daily operations by adhering to thedefinedSLAsand ensuring that the team KPIs are maintained, achieved and reported correctly and on a timely manner
• Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues, as needed
• Problem analysis and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems and toolsand performquality check on the work output of the team
• Perform or ensure day-to-day responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards (e.g. desktop procedures)
• Monitor of work requests and allocation (ticketing and e-mails)
• During transitions: Ensure the necessary preparation and organization to receive and include new tasks or new work

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
• 4+ years relevant work experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or Business Services environments.
• Proven work experience in people management / demonstrated ability to manage a medium-sized team
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
