adidas in Porto seeks a Senior Manager for GBS HR Services Workforce Administration to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, from hiring through offboarding, while ensuring compliant, timely and employee‑focused service delivery.

The role partners with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and global/local stakeholders to translate business needs into practical service priorities, building a high-performing organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of HR Operations/Services experience.
• Proven experience in people management and managing managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Workforce Administration services across the assigned scope (hiring, onboarding, data and organizational changes, contracts, updates, leave, offboarding).
• Ensure compliant, timely data quality and service level adherence with strong employee experience focus.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex, high-risk cases with clear ownership.
• Lead governance with performance reviews, metrics, and action follow-up on risks.
• Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and market stakeholders.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity, development, and business continuity.
