Engel & Völkers, a global leader in premium real estate with over 48 years of experience and more than 1,000 offices in 35 countries, is seeking a Team Assistant to join our Sintra office. In this key role, you'll support the Office Manager and Real Estate Advisors with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. We're looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—ready to contribute to our team's success with professionalism and a hands-on mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls and client inquiries professionally
- Reach out to client leads and send exposés before assignment
- Support Sales with property materials (photos, floor plans, documents) and CRM updates
- Prepare monthly reports and property brochures (exposés)
- Ensure all property and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Co-ordinte documentation for money landering requirements of both buyer and seller
- Prepare partnership agreements
- Assist with quarterly compliance documentation and IMPIC reporting
- Coordinate internal/external events and maintain office supplies
- Manage key cabinet, meeting room bookings, and office tidiness

- Highly organizedwith excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detailwith a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work
- Focused and reliable, ensuring timely completion of tasks without constant supervision
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using real estate CRM systems, listing platforms, and Google Workspace
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Discreet and professional, able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive and resourceful, always looking for ways to streamline tasks and improve processes
About You
- University degree
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in aninternational company
- Fluent in English and Portuguese(additional European languages are a plus)
- Aproactive and independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Organized, flexible, and willing to take a hands-on approach to any task
- High levels ofcustomer serviceorientation and professional interpersonal skill
- Creative,resolute, andhighly motivatedwith a strong sense of ownership and initiative
