Description

As a Talent Sourcer, you would be reponsible for:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to online databases, social media, networking, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough research to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Review candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications.
• Provide regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and share potential candidate profiles with the Recruitment Specialists to continue the recruitment process.
• Attending company’s ongoing training to ensure top performance.
• Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, working within a defined team.
• Contributing positively to the company’s culture and working environment.

Requirements

In order to be selected as a Talent Sourcer, you must have the requirements below:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ideally some experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and the internal team.
• Proficient level of English, any additional language would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good team player, fast learner, positive attitude.
