Solvay Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to help develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies in collaboration with TA Partners and Hiring Managers. You will publish job postings, source and interview candidates, and manage communications through the entire process.

This 9-month hybrid internship offers exposure to local market recruitment, compliance in ATS, and opportunities for professional growth with a comprehensive rewards package including lunch and home office

Qualificações

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in HR or related areas.
• Experience in recruitment processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing channels and candidate assessment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Write and publish job postings using the ATS to develop clear job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source and interview candidates using digital and direct sourcing channels.
• Manage candidates end-to-end, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
