Job summary

K-Recruiting Life Sciences in Lisbon seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic hiring projects and expand the Lisbon site. You will advise on sourcing strategies, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with international stakeholders and vendors to align recruitment efforts with defined SoWs.

The role requires 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, IT/Tech recruitment experience, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting IT and technology professionals; knowledge of the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
• Proven experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of talent market analysis, talent mapping, and recruitment channels.
• Experience supporting the establishment or expansion of business locations.
• Experience in stakeholder, RPO, and vendor management.
• Independent, accountable, and structured working style.
• Experience working in international and cross-border environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; German is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment expertise and support for strategic hiring projects and critical vacancies.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and current labor market trends.
• Conduct market research and prepare talent pool analyses for defined hiring requirements.
• Provide market insights, candidate assessments, and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify suitable recruitment channels.
• Support the expansion of the Lisbon site through targeted market analysis and strategic recruitment advisory.
• Support strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives across selected business areas and geographical regions.
• Coordinate additional recruitment services and align project scopes and corresponding Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, RPO partners, and external recruitment vendors.
